2026 Player Registration

Thank you for registering for WHBC!

2026 will be an exciting season for our players and families. We've got a great group of coaches, as well as a focused Board of Directors, who are committed to making the season full of opportunity, development and fun! After you have registered please be on the lookout for preseason communication from the club and your players head coach.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

AGES

Kids in 4K (or age 4 by June1) and kids in Kindergarten will play T Ball.

Kids in 1st/2nd grade will play coach pitch.

Kids in 3rd-8th grade will play kid pitch.

PRACTICES/GAMES

T Ball practices typically begin in mid May and end in mid July.

T Ball games will likely be on Monday nights and some Saturday mornings starting around June 1 and running until mid July.

All other age groups can expect outdoor practices to start in late April, depending on weather. Some age groups may have some indoor practices early in the season. Most age levels will practice through mid July.

1st/2nd graders games will likely be on Monday nights and some Saturday mornings starting around June 1 and running through mid July.

3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 graders games will be mostly on Tuesday and Thursday nights starting in May and running through July.

COST

Many of our WHBC operating costs/Village fees have increased over the past few years. We are slightly raising our registration fees:

T Ball cost is $70 for the season.

1/2 cost is $115

3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 cost is $130 for the season.

ATTENTION

You Must Register For The Grade Your Player Is Currently In

JERSEYS

Players who are in T Ball or Coach Pitch will receive a WHBC t-shirt at no charge.

Players at 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 age levels will receive a jersey as part of registration. Please make sure to have shirt size filled out in registration.

Hats

Players who are in T Ball and coach pitch will receive a WHBC snapback hat as part of our partnership with the Madison Mallards.

Players who are at the 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 age levels will receive a WHBC fitted hat, at no additional charge.

We will be wearing the same fitted hats as last year so check sizing on your hat from last year before registering.
