Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Preseason Clinics

These sessions are free of charge.

No refunds will be given after June 1, 2026

Teams that cancel within 1 month of the tournament will not be refunded unless we are able to fill the spot.

No refunds due to weather, unless the team that paid does not play any games at all. No other refunds of any kind.
