Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Preseason Clinics

These sessions are free of charge.

No refunds will be given after June 1, 2026

No Refunds within 30 days of event. If cancelled due to weather full refund if no games played

No refunds due to weather, unless the team that paid does not play any games at all. No other refunds of any kind.
